I have helped brands develop a holistic content plan that ties together social media, blogs, and email marketing to tell a cohesive story across platforms. I consider the target audience and each platform's unique preference for certain types of content when developing a content plan.

COPYWRITING

Anyone can prompt Chat GPT and generate paragraphs of copy, but a skilled writer can create brand cohesion through artful quips, tone of voice, and poignant language. My take on Chat GPT is that it's a great tool for generating ideas and initial drafts. As a copywriter, I can usually spy unedited AI content. With 5+ years of professional writing experience, and even more years personally, I can help your brand pop while staying true to brand identity.

DESIGN

I am knowledgeable with Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator and can produce light design work to support overall content strategy. This includes social media graphics, email graphics, document templates, and slide decks.

EMAIL MARKETING

I understand the principles of email marketing and have successfully implemented strategic changes to boost open rate and CTR for brand newsletters. I can confidently craft customer journey sequences and drip campaigns to nurture customers through a sales funnel.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog. Collectively, we like to hike, fish, and picnic. Individually, I enjoy tackling home DIY projects. Don't ask me how many things are "in the works."

While I adore the Colorado sunshine in the winter, I often long for the grey, moody days of autumn and will play The Tortured Poets Department on repeat. If I'm not listening to Taylor Swift, you can find me streaming the likes of Colter Wall, Marty Robbins, and Blue October.
